RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

30-Day Unopened Returns

Unopened products with intact, unbroken tamper-evident seals may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.

COA & Quality Verification Claims

If independent analytical testing demonstrates that a batch or lot does not match the purity or identity reported on its COA, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement within 30 days of receipt, regardless of whether the vial has been opened. You will be asked to supply batch numbers and independent test data (e.g., HPLC or Mass Spectrometry results).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, leaking, or with incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video documentation. Verified claims will be issued a full refund or immediate replacement at no extra charge.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Due to safety, regulatory requirements, and the necessity to guarantee strict storage protocols for research chemicals, the following items cannot be returned for a refund once opened:

• Vials or containers whose tamper-evident safety seals have been broken or altered (except in cases of verified COA specification failure).
• Compounds that have been reconstituted, diluted, dissolved, or mixed with solvents.
• Refund requests submitted after thirty (30) days from the documented delivery date.

REFUND PROCESS

2. Authorization (RMA)	Our team will review your request. If a physical return is necessary, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA.
3. Inspection & Processing	Upon receipt and verification of returned items or technical claims, approved refunds will be processed.
4. Payment Credit	Refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

• Quality/Damage Claims: EZ Peptide Performance will cover all return shipping and replacement dispatch costs for damaged, incorrect, or sub-spec items.
• Change of Mind / Standard Returns: For discretionary returns of unopened items within the 30-day window, the purchaser is responsible for return shipping fees. We strongly advise using a tracked, temperature-appropriate shipping service.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
